Our refund terms depend on the type of product purchased:

One-Time Purchase Refunds
All one-time digital product purchases are covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within one year (365 days) of the original purchase date.
This applies to the following products and any other one-time purchase products offered through our brands:

- Astral Cupid
- 528hz Love Activation System
- Sound Healing Temple
- The Commitment Method
You do not need to provide a reason. Simply contact our support team within the 365-day window and we will process your refund promptly.
Subscription Refunds
For products or services billed on a recurring basis, we offer a 30-day refund window per billing cycle. This means you may request a refund for the most recent charge within 30 days of that charge being processed.
What This Means in Practice
- New subscriptions: If you subscribe and decide it's not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge for a full refund.
- Ongoing subscriptions: If you've been subscribed for multiple billing cycles, you may request a refund for the most recent charge within 30 days of that charge. Prior billing cycles beyond their 30-day window are not eligible.
- Trial conversions: If a free or discounted trial converts to a paid subscription, the 30-day window begins on the date the first full-price charge is processed.
Tip: If you're unsure whether you want to continue a subscription, we recommend cancelling before your next billing date to avoid future charges. You'll retain access through the end of your current paid period.

Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If your card has been replaced or cancelled, please contact your bank to confirm how the refund will be routed.
Exceptions & Abuse
We want to ensure our guarantee policy remains fair and available to all customers. While we process the vast majority of refund requests without issue, we reserve the right to deny or limit refunds in the following situations:
- Repeated refund abuse: Purchasing and refunding the same product (or multiple products) repeatedly may be considered abuse of our guarantee policy.
- Requests outside the refund window: Refund requests made after the applicable refund period (365 days for one-time purchases, 30 days for subscriptions) are not eligible.
- Chargeback disputes: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, this may delay or complicate the refund process. We always recommend contacting our support team directly for the fastest resolution.
Please contact us first: If you see an unexpected charge or have any concerns about a purchase, please reach out to our support team before disputing the charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve the issue faster and more easily than the chargeback process.
Cancelling a Subscription
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for past charges.
How to Cancel
- Email us: Contact support@braintrustpublishing.com with your request to cancel.
- ClickBank: Visit the ClickBank order management page to manage your subscription directly.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you would also like a refund for your most recent charge, please let us know at the time of cancellation and we'll process both together — provided the charge is within the 30-day refund window.
ClickBank & Statement Information
All Brain Trust Publishing products are sold through ClickBank, a trusted global retailer. Because ClickBank processes the payment, charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear as:
- CLKBANK* followed by a product identifier
- ClickBank or CLKBANK.COM
If you see a charge you don't recognize, it may be a Brain Trust Publishing product purchased through one of our brands — Cosmic Updates, True Love Reading, Love Brainwave, or Ask Mystica. Please contact our support team with the charge date and last four digits of your card, and we'll help you identify the purchase.
